Traci Hertzberg, Esq., is a dedicated attorney and former prosecutor, committed to making a difference in the lives of her clients. Whether that is advocating for a client in criminal court or ensuring a real estate transaction runs smoothly, Traci is determined to get the best result for her clients.

 

Traci has always dedicated herself to serving others and her community. Traci obtained her B.S. from Boston University in January 2013. Following a period of work experience, she decided to pursue law school. Attorney Hertzberg graduated magna cum laude with her J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2017.

 

During her law school tenure, Traci held leadership roles, serving as a Publication Editor of the Quinnipiac Law Review, President of the Criminal Law Society, Treasurer of the Public Interest Law Project, and participating in the Mock Trial Honor Society. She garnered recognition for Distinguished Academic Achievement in Criminal Procedure.

 

Before opening Hertzberg Legal PLLC, Traci was an associate at a small law firm, handling a wide range of matters including residential real estate transactions, criminal defense, foreclosure defense, bankruptcies, landlord/tenant summary process matters, wills and more.

 

Prior to private practice, Traci served as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County, NY, and later as an Assistant State's Attorney with the Danbury State's Attorney's Office in Connecticut. In her free time, Traci indulges in her passion for baking, enjoys traveling, and cherishes moments at home with her husband and golden retriever.
